Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from Xfinity Mobile Arena.

How is my information protected?

Your personal identifiable information and non-personal identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I purchase an Xfinity Mobile Arena suite?

To rent an Xfinity Mobile Arena suite, click on the event you wish to attend via the "Book A Suite" to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your payment details or by contacting Xfinity Mobile Arena Premium Partnership Team at 215-389-9500 or [email protected]

To lease an Xfinity Mobile Arena Suite for all events at the arena, please click the "Contact Us" button below and a member of the Premium Partnerships team will reach out.

When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from Xfinity Mobile Arena Premium Partnership Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. You can view a guide on how to access your tickets here. A representative from Xfinity Mobile Arena will also reach out to provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into Xfinity Mobile Arena.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on XfinityMobileArenaSuites.com are fully private.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on XfinityMobileArenaSuites.com include all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no additional fees when purchasing the suite. The only other costs would be additions to catering, additional ticket purchases or other purchases made at the arena.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No, all suite sales are final. Please see our terms and conditions to learn more.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

A link to order your catering will be sent with your mobile tickets. Catering needs to be placed four (4) business days prior to your event. For questions on catering please contact our in-arena catering team, Aramark at [email protected] or call 215-952-5251.

Am I required to purchase catering?

Food and drink are included with the purchase of your suite. You are not required to purchase additional concessions.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as SROs) for my suite?

Please refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available for purchase or reach out to your Xfinity Mobile Arena representative.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Xfinity Mobile Arena.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Xfinity Mobile Arena)?

Xfinity Mobile Arena will allow bags inside the venue in accordance with league and event guidelines and security best practices. Our bag policy can be found here. For additional questions, please contact a representative from Xfinity Mobile Arena Premium Partnership department.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Along with access to both our upper and lower concourse, you will have access to our club level. Our club level has a variety of concessions highlighting top chefs in the Philadelphia area, as well as access to a variety of bar spaces.

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

Suite clients have access to premium parking passes for C Lot, conveniently located off Broad Street.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

The Hyundai Suite Entrance is across from Lot H, on the arena’s side of Pattison Avenue. Additionally, suite clients can also use the Premium Access Entrance across from Lot C, facing Broad Street.

When does my suite open?

You can enter your suite 60 minutes before the event begins.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite during the event?

Food and beverage is included with your suite purchase. Additional items can be ordered during the event through your suite attendant.

If I have an issue with my suite on event day, who can I contact?
